Do you see yourself as a leader?
Yes, I see myself as a leader but not in the traditional sense of titles or positions. For me, leadership is about taking responsibility, setting direction, and influencing through example. I have learned that leadership is not about waiting for permission or recognition, it is about stepping up when it matters and carrying others along with you.
I see myself as a leader because I am intentional about growth, both mine and the people around me. I do not just want to achieve personal goals, I want to create opportunities, build systems, and inspire others to believe that they can achieve more than they thought possible. Leadership for me is about service, vision, and consistency and I embrace that role daily.
