Relaxation for me is about creating balance. Running is usually my first stop. There’s something freeing about lacing up and hitting the pavement, letting each stride carry away the noise of the day. It clears my mind and leaves me lighter. Yoga is the opposite rhythm, teaching me to slow down, stretch, breathe, and simply be present. Both give me peace in their own ways. But the deepest calm comes when I am with my wife. Whether we are laughing, bantering, or just catching up with her favourite shows, it feels like everything in the world is in its right place. Even my outfits play a role in how I unwind. A relaxed pair of jeans or a loose fit trouser, nothing too sharp or tight, gives me that sense of ease I need. For me, relaxation is movement, connection, and comfort
How do you relax?
