Sat on the toilet seat, lacing up my shoes and getting ready to gear up for a run, I glanced at today’s blog prompt and it instantly brought a smile to my face. This one was easy. Running. A habit I’ve cultivated over the years that has become more than just exercise, it’s therapy.
There’s something sacred about the rhythm of your feet hitting the ground, the stillness that forms in your mind mid-stride. The meditation, the visualisation, the clarity it’s everything. On good days, it’s a celebration. On stressful days, it’s survival. And on the hardest days, when you still manage to show up and run… the joy hits different.

Describe one habit that brings you joy.
