My friend Gadaphy called today — just one of those unexpected check-ins that turns into banter. He hit me with, “London Tailor!” 😂😂😂 And the way he said it? Loud, proud, and with enough spice to make it stick.
Now, if you know the streets, you’d know that name used to feel like a downgrade, like I was just some local plug trying to make suits in a foreign land. But hearing it now? I think I actually love it 💜 Because truth is, that name, like many others I’ve been called tells a piece of my story.

My name is Michael Okunloro:
aka King of Style,
aka London Tailor,
aka Eleniyan,
aka African Podcaster,
aka Otunba,
aka Xclusivemic.

Each nickname carries a different chapter, My sister calls me African Podcaster because I use my voice to build, connect, and inspire. My dad calls me King of Style maybe because I wear confidence like a custom suit. My brother-in-law goes with Otunba the one with presence and poise. And the mandem? They say Eleniyan the people’s person.

I used to brush off nicknames, but now I embrace them. They’re not just labels, they’re reflections. They show how different people see different parts of me.
So how would I describe myself to someone? I’m layered. Multifaceted. Rooted in culture, but never boxed in by tradition.
A creative who builds. A stylist who tells stories. A podcaster who amplifies voices. A man evolving, brick by brick, thread by thread, word by word.
How would you describe yourself to someone?
