Today on Treads and Profits, I had the privilege of recording a powerful episode with Andrews Carter — a brother, a creative, and a mental health advocate from our Elevate Your Style community. What started as a conversation about fashion and style quickly unravelled into something more raw, more urgent. We talked about healing, masculinity, mental wellness, and the unseen weight many men carry behind their tailored suits.
But what struck me the most was his call for Africa to wake up.
In a world where other continents are already walking in their dawn, Africa — rich in soul, culture, and the youngest population on the planet — is still in slumber. And it’s not for lack of brilliance, but a system too preoccupied with greed to see the gold in its people. Especially its youth.
What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
