Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
For me, it all comes down to this: just show up.
Every day, I show up like it’s going to be my lucky day and I put in the work, whether or not I see instant results. It reminds me of Peter in the Bible. He woke up one morning and went fishing like he always did. It started off as a frustrating, unproductive day, he caught nothing. But by simply showing up, even on a tough day, he was in the right place for his life to change. That ordinary moment became a turning point, and his story still lives on today.
That’s how I approach sustainability. I practice it daily through small but intentional choices:
I run, I do yoga, I write and I make conscious, healthy decisions that protect not just my body, but the world around me. In my fashion brand, I’ve made a clear decision not to mass-produce, because I believe in prioritizing quality over quantity. Fast fashion may be profitable in the short term, but I’d rather contribute to a longer-lasting, more thoughtful future.
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being consistent. Showing up every day, doing what I can, and trusting that these small steps will lead to something bigger.
