Who is your favorite historical figure?
For me, it’s Jesus. While He certainly walked the earth over two thousand years ago and is recorded in history, He’s more than just a historical figure—He’s a living truth that continues to impact lives today, including mine. His teachings, compassion, and the way He challenged injustice with love still speak volumes in a world that’s constantly shifting.
What sets Jesus apart isn’t only what He did in the past, but how His message of grace, forgiveness, and hope transcends time. Whether you approach Him through faith or historical study, His influence is undeniable. To me, He represents the perfect blend of history and eternity—someone who lived, died, and, according to Christian belief, rose again—not just to be remembered, but to remain deeply relevant in the present.
