How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I’ve learned that it’s better to recharge when my energy is halfway gone—not when I’m completely drained. I know it’s time to unplug when I feel creatively stuck and mentally worn out. In those moments, I step back, rest, and reconnect with what truly matters: I spend time with family, pray, run, read, and allow myself to simply live—fully and intentionally.
