“See it, say it, sorted!”— a simple instruction by British transport authorities, urging passengers to report anything unusual.
I believe this is a principle we need to adopt in conflict resolution. When you notice something off, address it and resolve it, rather than letting it fester.
But humans are complex, conflicts are rarely just about the issue itself. They get tangled with emotions, the how, the where, and the who.
Yet, if we could truly embrace this mindset.
See it, say it, sorted! we might just create a world with fewer unresolved tensions and more understanding.
