Years ago, when I first started as a fashion blogger, one of my biggest passions was seeing men dress well and confidently own their personal style. I especially wanted to see more Black men embrace colors and express themselves through fashion.
Dressing well is more than just looking good—it’s a way of showing up for yourself. It’s not about vanity; it’s about confidence, presence, and self-respect. When I look back today, I’m proud of how far we’ve come. What started as a simple blog has grown into something much bigger.
My journey as a fashion blogger led to Twelve19Styles, my fashion brand, and Elevate Your Style, a thriving community of men who aren’t just dressing up but using their style as a tool for change and meaningful conversations. This movement is about more than just clothes—it’s about self-expression, empowerment, and redefining what it means to show up in the world with confidence.

I’ve always believed that fashion isn’t about following strict rules—it’s about wearing what makes you feel powerful and connected to your own story. Your style is unique to you, and that’s what makes it so impactful.
