What makes a good leader?
I’ve read quite a number of books about leadership, all saying the same thing, and without fear of sounding like a broken record, I would say it’s about having a heart sincere to serve, being your authentic self, understanding that you don’t know it all, and recognizing that every day is an opportunity to get better at it.

Hahahaha, I’m quite surprised the type of leadership USA had been recycling in a while, I just feel it’s because good people had been sitting back and not taking up roles
