What are your two favorite things to wear?
There are things I never imagined I’d become a victim of, but one I recently discovered still leaves me in shock: I’m turning into one of those London uncles who try to speak British English with a thick Yoruba accent.
I can’t believe this is my reality! In my head, I always sound perfectly polished—like those posh British lads—until I open my mouth.
Watching a video of myself vibing to the soothing sound of Leke Levites certified it: I’ve officially joined the ranks of those uncles.
Now, onto today’s prompt! Two of my favorite things to wear include my outfit of the day: a timeless coat and my traditional attire from Ijebu. These pieces are more than just fashion; they’re symbols of my heritage that I carry with me wherever I go.
