JASON means healer in Greek and this company started out in 1959 with the aim of creating eco-friendly yet body loving products. Their entire line of products is biodegradable, cruelty free, vegan and free from GMOs, phthalates, artificial colours, sulphates and parabens. Also, all products go through various rounds of testing to ensure that they are safe and wholesome.
For someone with a dark skin like mine, pairing the body wash with the moisturiser was a good idea. While my skin felt soft and clean after taking a bath, the moisturiser helped to lock in the supple feeling all through the day. There was no white cast and due to the moisturiser being lightweight with no greasy after effect, it was easily absorbed into my skin.
Their 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner is deep cleansing with a refreshing scent. My hair felt really soft and shiny after the wash and I got a few compliments. However, I was unimpressed with the fragrance of the deodorant and I think it is something to be looked into. The strength was good as I didn’t have any sweat stains.
Overall, I think JASON is a personal care brand to shop for as their products work exactly how they should. I love that they are constantly looking for better ways to make safer products without skimping on quality. These products are very sustainable for the environment and help in protecting the sea and animals.
