In the United Kingdom, October is the month set aside to celebrate the notable deeds of Black people, reflect on diverse black cultures and highlight the work needing to be done in terms of systematic racism. The US however, celebrates in February due to the birthdays of two leaders instrumental in abolishing slavery.

For the students of the University of West England in Bristol, we would be celebrating Black History Month in a spectacular manner. As a black owned brand who prides itself on excellence, this month is quite personal to us and hence, we would be giving discounts on all bespoke wears to the UWE students graduating this November.

Starting from the streets of Lagos, Nigeria, Twelve19styles has become a renowned fashion brand for bespoke suits and contemporary African wears. We have two collections so far- Elegance and Baálè, with the latter making a debut at the Afro Festival in Bristol and then going on to exhibit at the African Fashion Week in London where it made waves and was featured on the BBC world news.

“Bespoke” is a word that simply translates to being specially made for a particular person. At Twelve19 styles, we perfectly tailor the outfit of every customer exactly how they want it based on the styles they pick. This means that no two outfits are the same. Every order is a custom order with us. This month, we would be giving 20 people the chance to have this custom tailoring experience.

From the 17th to 28th of October, we would be open to taking consultations from interested persons. Because one’s graduation is a joyous occasion that usually happens once for a particular degree, we would be giving all customers a free 4 by 6 frame of their graduation picture. This is a token of our good wishes to the people that keep us in business. 

Our design process is seamless. We start off with the consultation where we decide on the style, fabric and measurements are taken. Then, we schedule an initial fitting session when the outfit is almost completed to confirm every thing is going accordingly. Lastly, we have another fitting session once the outfit is done as excellence is of priority to us. After this, the outfits are carefully packaged with love and sent off to their owners. 

For this promo, we would be accepting payments in a maximum of three instalments. Our products range from £100-200.
